HOW WE OPERATE
Ceangal provides A-Z 24/7 assistance to companies wishing to take advantage of demand for international partners in Libya and Egypt, across a number of sectors, including oil and gas, infrastructure construction, mining and other civil engineering projects. Historically, operating in these countries, as a foreign commercial organisation has been fraught with difficulties.
With its own in-country personnel, we are able to identify bona fide opportunities for foreign companies and acts as a sophisticated commercial “matchmaker”. We connect potential partners and then assist with the negotiation and execution of any contracts entered into. This might include assisting with contract drafting, advising on regulatory matters, raising finance and in-country assistance to personnel deployed to work on the delivery of the contracts.
We are a one stop shop, helping to shoulder the burden of dealing with the issues that arise when operating in frontier markets, thereby leaving key business decision makers to concentrate on what they do best.
Our terms of business are straightforward. We charge clients a fee of for facilitating introductions to parties who have expressed a need for a foreign partner with particular experience. In the event that any such introductions lead to contracts being secured, we then charge clients a performance fee, being an agreed percentage of the size of the gross contract value. This figure will be decided upon signature of contract.
WHERE WE OPERATE
We have the ability to talk to relevant ministries and State Owned Companies in Libya and Egypt, allowing us to offer current and authoritative information.
We have personnel on the ground in Southern, Eastern and Western areas of Libya, who can set up introductions and be on hand to advise and support as required.
In Egypt, we have active contacts through Government and State-Owned Enterprises,
in Alexandria and Cairo.
